Coffee with Luke Ransley ☕
Hey everyone, welcome back to Coffee with Luke! Grab a warm drink, pull up a chair, and let’s catch up.
It’s been a big few months, and I thought it was time to share how I’ve been travelling – both in the day-to-day and on the longer journey of life.
Lately, I’ve been focusing a lot on my health – physical, mental, and emotional. With the support of my amazing team, I’ve been working hard on building strength, managing pain, and improving my independence. Shoutout to George, Travis, Amelia, Eddie, Monique, and everyone else who’s helping me show up for myself every single day.
There have been ups and downs – like anyone’s journey – but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I’m learning to be kinder to myself, to let go of what I can’t control, and to focus on what truly matters: good people, meaningful connections, and staying true to myself. My cousin Jacqui has also been a massive support, and I’m incredibly grateful for the time we spend together. Whether it's coffee catchups, chats about life, or just being in each other’s corner – it means everything.
Outside of my own life, it’s been an exciting time for the country too. Australia has just had its federal election, and I’d like to take a moment to say…
Congratulations to Anthony Albanese for winning the election and regaining his spot as Prime Minister of Australia. I wish him and his team all the best in leading our country forward.
That’s all for now – thanks for reading and being part of my journey. Until next time, stay strong, be kind, and don’t forget to look after yourselves.
Warm wishes,
Luke Ransley- host of Coffee with Luke series
