Today’s brew was their Batch Brew of the Day—a smooth, filter roast with fruity notes and a silky finish. It had that “third-wave” magic: light but complex, with layers that unfold as it cools. I also grabbed one of their almond croissants (highly recommend). But the real star? The coffee, of course.

I love that they rotate beans from world-class producers and work closely with local and international roasters. It shows in every cup—there’s intention behind the flavour.
